Bosch E Bike charger BCS220 holder (to be used with YAS)

Introduction

This is a holder / bracket for the Bosch E-Bike standard charger BCS220 (4A). To be used with "Yet Another Shelf" (YAS).

What you need

• Time: Printing time is > 7h
• 4x socket head screws 3x12 mm
• 4 washer M3 (outer diameter 7mm)

Printing

Print the holder, remove the support. Add the holder to the YAS.

Room for improvement

The holder was created using a lot of try and error using OpenSCAD. 

The slicing has been done so that the holder prints upright to avoid visible print enforcement on the top. However, this comes with a very long print time and alot of wasted filament.

Disclaimer

Neither mechanical nor thermal tests have been done. It is unknown how much load the holder can take. This “thing” has been published so that it can be used and re-mixed by anyone. Especially no experience has been gathered how the thing behaves if the charger gets hot. Use at your own risk.
