Because the original rear wheels of Neato and VR100 are very hard they make a big noise on tiled floor crossing the gaps between the tiles.
If you print the attached file with white TPE and replace the hard wheels with the new ones, you will not hear this terrible rumble anymore.
The rotation of the robot around its middle axis will not be affected by these softer wheels even on deep-pile carpet.
Recommended print settings:
Extruder temperature: 220°C
Print bed temperature: 80°C
Print speed: 20mm/s
Use at least four layers for top and bottom and four perimeter shells!
