Lithophane frame for curved image.

Description

Do you need for somebody an original and cool gift? If so, no problem, lithophane is a cool way to make one.

Picture

1. Convert your picture to stl. 

The best way is to use this web page: https://3dp.rocks/lithophane/

Just set the picture to outer curved, in model settings set the thickness to 2.4 mm

Then set the correct dimensions in prusaslicer.

But if your picture doesn't fit. You can always make some changes in fusion or use the same picture as me.

Lamp dimensions

I used an outdoor LED lamp, but it doesn't matter what you choose, only it should be bright enough.

Dimensions: 115×85,5mm-thickness 5,7mm

Assembly

The assembling process is quite easy:D

1. Put your picture into the frame
2. Put your LED into the frame
3. Close it with 2 M4 16mm long screws
