Super tight 15mm to 19mm adapter

I've tried other 15mm to 19mm adapter and they usually work well. But I had a problem once with the adapter being a little bit to lose so I made my own with no tolerance. the inner diameter is exactly 15mm and the outer diameter is exactly 19mm.

If you go with mine, I would recommend still having one or two looser one juste in case
