This is a custom bracket for mounting equipment in a Structured Media Enclosure (SME). The SMEs found in most residential homes are designed around Leviton components which are ridiculously over priced. The Leviton pushlock pins are relatively cheap so this bracket is designed to utilize those pins in mounting inside the SME but has slots and holes to help in mounting your networking gear.

I originally designed this using Inkscape to cut acrylic sheets using my laser engraver. I've included the original SVG but I've also imported it into OpenSCAD and exported to an STL with the same thickness as the acrylic I used.

It can accept screws, Velcro, or cable ties. It has an extension to use either of the center column mounting holes of the SME. The second row of holes is offset to accommodate different mounting holes on kit that don't line up with the SME's layout. It can be flipped horizontally or vertically to suit your need.

It accomodates Leviton push lock pins and #6-32 Thread Phillips Flat Head Machine Screw. The screw size was chosen because it's what's used to mount 3.5" HDDs so I had a bunch on hand.
