Create your own scooter decoration by ease with the providet files and use of “negative_volume” function in prusa slicer. An exampleis with this model can be see here :

Providet parts are for two different scooter types from the same Decathlon OXELO brand.
The first “Type_A” suits for a classic scooter clamp and the “Type_B” is for an freestyle scooter. The clamps dimensions and shape are approximately :

It may also fit to some other brand scooters/clamps with similarly shape and dimensions (maybe with some little scale change or XY adjustment). For testing there are parts for vase mode print, so you can check if it fits to your specific scooter clamp before the big print.

The assembly of the decoration on scooter can be done in some steps:

  1.  Loosen the clamps screws and detach the bars from scooter.
  2. Attach the decoration on the bars, and move it more up so you have space for the clamp at the end of the bars.
  3. Assembly the bars with the clamp back with the rest of the scooter and fully tighten the clamp screws.
  4. Move the decoration down to the clamp.

Print tips :
I printed both from PLA, Hank was printed with 0.4 Nozzle with 3 perimeters, 0.2mm  and C3POcto was printed with 0.8 Nozzle and 0.4mm (i was surprised how much details are still there)
it's quite durable since I've had it on the scooter more than a year. (but losses some tentacles :-) )
I would reccomend some supports in some areas for both models. (i used them)

So enjoy it and I look forward to see your scooters with this.
