I have always struggled with the alphabet system in Fez, especially when it comes to translating them from paper. There appeared to be no pattern to how it was achieved. So I decided to make a Translator Cube (I originally made these as present for my nephews who enjoy Fez), and while I was designing these I made a set for the numbers as well.
It's quite fun having someone doing the hunting for the code on the cube while someone writes down the letters.
Print one of each face (You may want to rotate them face down in your slicer)
I made my first couple of layers with white filament and then swapped to whatever colour I wanted.
The clip and socket require a bit of force to get them to connect but once they are in, they hold really well. I recommend pushing in equally towards both edges rather than exerting force on any one side.
Have fun!
