🔑 Ninebot MAX G30D eScooter Chain Holder/Kettenhalter/Schlosshalter (3cm chain-Ø)

This is a "clamp-on" design chain holder for the Ninebot G30D escooter and a max chain width of 3 cm. Holds the lock securely in place when not needed and also makes locking it on somewhere much easier.

You need:

• ASA to print for outdoor durability
• 4 x M4x20 screws
• 4 x M4 nuts
• Loctite (optional)

A good assortment to get started is something like this.

Print Settings

• Rafts: No
• Supports: Yes
• Resolution: 0.2mm
• Infill: 30
• Filament: Prusament ASA Black

Depending on your printer, supports below the ring that holds the chain might make sense. Choose the infill to your liking, I would recommend at least 20 % - but going beyond 50 % probably doesn't make any sense either.
