DISCLAIMER: This is a file as an upgrade/replacement handle for Olfa knives. These knives are tools, not weapons. By downloading this file, you are agreeing to use this for it's intended purpose, and not to injure another living creature.. Please, don't kill anyone. That would suck.
So I used to keep an Olfa cutter by my desk until my dad said "nope, that's my knife" and I was left without one. One day I found there replacement Olfa blades and designed a basic handle around them. These are super basic and can be easily upgraded. If you want to design your own, I included the Fusion360 files as well.
The "scary handle" is the handle with one setting: super long. It's a little intimidating, but if you know what you're doing it's as dangerous as any other knife.
To assemble, you'll need: 1 0.5mm Olfa snap-off blades, 1 hard drive mounting screw w/ standoff (these are in almost any old computer tower, and are super easy to use) and 2 washers. More or less then 2 work, but they help double as a stud for better grip, and any size washer will work. Slide the blade (careful, now) into the handle with the dull side with the protruding part of the handle. Adjust until you can see through the hole on the blade. Push your screw and washers through the larger hole and into the smaller one. Tighten to your heart's content. Done!
Have fun, and be safe!
Print with a brim for best adhesion. I did mine in PETG for strength.
