E3D Nozzle Change Tool Extension

I love the nozzle change tool here (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/58010-e3d-v6-nozzle-change-tool) but found it a little hard to grip and get decent leverage with from certain angles so I designed a simple extension to allow more torque. I printed in PETG with high infill for strength, nothing else special needed to print.
