Camera cover for Raspi Camera v1.3

This is a remix of the camera cover from TinkrMakr to fit the Camera v1.3 that I am using.

I moved the camera hole a bit, removed the rounded and chamfered corners to make space for the camera pcb and changed the pin diameter of the standoffs a little bit to fit better for my camera pcb.
