Z-axis bigger covers (no disassembly required)

Cover for Z-axis stepper motors bigger than original nuts. It cover whole hole.

Do not require any printer disassembly. Express print, take only 14 minutes for one :)

Versions

ZAxisCover - If you forgot to add black nut during assembly, this is for you :)

ZAxisCoverForBlackNut - You can use it with original black nuts, it have bigger hole at the bottom.

Print Instructions

Print without support and no brim. Print with PETG. PLA is not good here as it must be flexible and work on hot mottor.

Look at 3mf file of moddifiers as they are required. 

Easier is to print one at the time then two. But depend on you printer settings.

If your settings about fun speed start from 0 you must change it to min 30 max 70 (look at attached picture. It is required, without it, print can fail.

Assembly

After printing, clean any filament protrusions, slightly extend the cover by fingers and press it against on the screw. It should drop down by itself or by little force.
