LED Bar for Tukkari Enclosure

With this holder a simple LED profile can be mounted simply and inconspicuously in the Tukkari TLX enclosure.

The cable is passed out the bottom of the holder and can be routed along the edge in the TLX enclosure.

Material

I use a black painted profile, sold from Amazon:

• Aluminium LED Profil LT4 + Abdeckung (Schwarz Milchig)

You will also need two M2.5 x 10 screws and, of course, a compatible LED strip. The power cable should not be thicker than 4 mm.

Installation

To mount the holder, two holes must be drilled in the side walls of the enclosure. The drilling jig can be used for exact positioning of the holes.

The holes in the drilling jig have a diameter of 2.9 mm. To compensate for minor differences, drilling should be done with a 3.0 mm drill bit.

Wire Guides

To be able to route the cable of the LED bar cleanly, I have made a new model of the Tukkari block (hinge side). Furthermore I designed a mount, which can be put on the nuts of the door hinges.

The WireGuide_HingeSideBlock is available in two versions. One for directly screwing in M4 screws and one for using M4 threaded inserts. Ich empfehlen die Einsätze von Ruthex:
