Silicone sock for Zodiac x Phaetus BMO/BMS hotend

Big thank you to Stefan for the original design.

I took the same approach and used the same concept for the silicone sock mold. The only difference is the thickness, which I increased from 1.5 mm to 2 mm.
The beveled version of the sock can be a better fit, if the airducts of the part cooling fan are very close to the nozzle.
Please be aware, that there are no holes to reach the screws through the sock.

All the parts can be printed in the given orientation, but it may be necessary to file some edges or make some holes bigger, so that everything fits together nicley.
