This design born to eliminate the noisy fan of the PSU.
You can keep the original 4010 fan in "pushing" (air direction: from outside to inside) and add an extra 4010 or 4020 fan in “pulling” (air direction: from inside to outside).
This will generate a recirculation of air which will cool all components (Rpi, Board, PSU and stepdown lm2596 if you want install NOCTUA fan, I did it this way)
For better PSU cooling I recommend eliminating the original cover and print this:

To fix the two case, I used the two existing holes on the bottom panel.
