I had reliability problems using the stock extruder parts with filaments not being detected.
Having looked at the parts supplied it just cannot handle the variation in filament diameters that occur.
To improve this I increased the length of the arm which increases the tolerance.
I found it easier to setup a position that works and was able to get Prusament PLA with PrimaSelect PVA+ support material working with stock soluble interface settings straight away.

The Adaptor-Printer-MMU2S
At the junctions of the adaptor the stock design has sharp shoulders and wrong diameter which creates features where incoming filament can get stuck causing miss loads.
The MMU2S selector then cuts the filament square and gets stuck again and again.
Below shows the modified lead in / lead out to relieve this issue.
As I wanted to minimise producing steps in the feed route I printed this part with adaptive layering set at best quality, it only takes a little extra time to print but produced a smoother result.

Hope this works for others.
