I printed the radius gauge designed by Thyn (with a minor modification in tinkercad to add the formula), but I wanted to be able to measure bigger radii. Since Thyn hadn't shared an editable STEP file for his version, I recreated it from scratch, designed to work with radii up to 70 mm (the original only goes up to 40 mm). I also added a version that doesn't need any calculation.
I've included the formula as debossed text: if you use the provided gcode or 3mf file, there's a colour change after the first few layers to help make the text nice and readable.
The version without debossed text ("DirectReadRadiusGauge") is a bit bigger but has the advantage of not needing the calculation: the measurement you read on the caliper is the radius.
I've also included STEP files in case you want to tweak the design to suit your preferences.
