Kitchen sink rag holder - for single 12mm tube

I really liked the idea I've seen here: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/119456-kitchen-sink-rag-holder-hook, but I wanted it to take a bit less space in my sink, so I've designed a similar thing for a single tube. I had a spare 12mm aluminum tube so that's the dimension in the design, but it can be easily tweaked to fit other tubes/rods diameters (use the included source file for Fusion 360, the diameter is set as a parameter).

Dimensions are set to fit Franke Sirius SID 610 (onyx) sink
