Rat Rig V-Minion Thicker Z endcap and cutout pillow block

For use with integrated lead screw stepper LDO 42STH40-1684L300E or equivalent…or if you just want a stronger cap.

Added in a Pillow block with the center cutout for the 8mm leadscrew.  

Edit 3-6-2022: updated z cap to R2 with different chamfer angle to print better.  Changed cutout pattern on bottom slightly.
