This is a remix of one of the stands in the popular “Designer Lithophane Moon Lamp” by Frank Deschner.
I found a very cheap Ikea lamp which had a socket with perfect size and cable with switch. Unfortunately none of the original stands were fitting it nicely, also the cables were hard to detach, so I decided to make my own version of it.
In the building process the Ikea lamp globe will get damaged, so it's a one way process, but it's cheaper than buying other sets of sockets and cables separately.
Compared to the original, the legs of the stand are a bit more curly, there is also an almost invisible cut in the base.
I've printed with Prusament PLA on 0.4mm nozzle and no supports.
Printing the center hole without supports may become a bit messy because of the curved overhangs but I found out that it's still keeping shape and it's easy to clean.

Stand was designed to avoid detaching electrical cable from the bulb socket. There is a cut all the way to the center hole, to push the cables through.
Please note: The dimensions of the print are pretty tight, it may be hard to screw the stand into the moon globe. The included .3mf file contains some additional spheres with extra infill around legs, for extra strength.
