Scraper with 60 mm trapezoid blade

The original handle of my scraper was not holding the blade, while I was removing a sticker, so I created more secure handle.

The blade can be easily pressed into the handle and sits firmly without play. From above the blade is secured by holder - M3 screw and nut are required to connect both parts. The cover snap in and secures the blade, when not used.

Approximate dimensions of the blade:

• length: 60 mmm,
• width: 18.7 mm,
• thickness: 0.65 mm.

Required for assembly:

• 1 x imbus screw M3 x 6 mm,
• 1 x hexagon nut M3.

Print settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm,
• Perimeters: 3,
• Solid layers - top/bottom: 5 / 5,
• Supports: No *).

There is additional file "bladeinterface" - it enables quick check if the blade will fit into the handle. 

I printed my handle with PLA, but PETG should work too - for first checks of blade interface dimensions I used already PETG and result was fitting well. 

*) Actually in final version of blade holder I used support in screw hole, to get better surface.
