Axis Movement GCODE - lubrication/maintenance MK3s

Found this GCODE a few years back and found it very useful for cleaning/lubricating my smooth rods.

Run times(minutes):
x axis: ~1:25
y axis: ~1:11
z axis: ~9:18

I apply it with my fingers (stuff is food safe).  Wipe off excess that gets pushed to the end of the axis.

I lubricate my smooth rods and a touch on my lead screws however the Prusa manual/documentation advises against this as the lead screw nuts are a type of material that's self-lubricating.  My own risk there.
