Handlebar plug 19mm

Handlebar plug for a Magna 20" Bicycle.

Fits a 19mm inner diameter tube. Hammer into place.

The grips were ripped and the tube was open to rust

You can drill a hole in the middle of the plug to allow moisture to escape
