An enclosure for a 2 channel bidirectional 5V<>3,3V level shifter with voltage regulator. Includes a DIP switch for enabling the voltage regulator, disable it if both sides have their own power source, enable it to power the 3,3V side from the 5V side. The connectors are compatible with fischertechnik controllers TX and ftDuino.

  • level shifter (look for the red PCB with two channels)
  • single DIP switch
  • 2x3 male pin header
  • 2x3 female pin header I hope the pics are self explaining on how to put everything together, ask in the comments or via PN if not.

Notes:

Print both parts with open side down for a nice outside finish, if your printer bridges properly you can do without supports. The connector sleeve of the bottom part is quite narrow, you'll probably have to sand it with a fine file for a perfect fit.
