Festool Domino Glue Nozzles

These prints are glue nozzles for the Festool Domino sizes 5, 6, 8, and 10mm.  Also included are a flushing adapter to clean the nozzles and a storage tray.  The glue nozzle threads are sized to fit a Titebond 16 oz. glue bottle.  The flushing adapter fits on a standard (U.S.) hose coupling screw thread size 0.75-11.5NH and NHR. (ANSI/ASME B1.20.7-1991).  A garden hose washer/gasket and a size 111 O-ring are required for the adapter.  

For the glue nozzles, I have had the best results printing with 0.16mm layer height and with the nozzle tip down or up with concentric support at 5% fill.  The adapter needs no support.  I have attached an example of the settings that I used for success.

I have been working on a revised version (still a work in progress) to separate each nozzle from the cap, use threaded inserts, and o-ring seals.  By request, I have uploaded the Fusion 360 file for the Titebond glue bottle cap (including flushing adapter and a cap for a Pizzi glue gun).
