Ultimative Filament Swatch Testcard

Hi. I found this great Filament Swatches but i missed some details and i want Filament Cards wher i don´t have to change the modell every time when i print one. so i add a field to fill in the most important information. I added also some chamfers and radii according to the thickness of the Card.
