Spacer for Dual Guard Sensor V2

This is a spacer for the use of the Dual Guard Sensor V2 from Hotends.fr. 
This allows the filament not to touch the Z axis screw.

Notes: The spacer slides easily onto the M7 support. If you have trouble putting it on, it is likely that you have an elephant foot problem, crushing the first layers.
