Bondtech DDX v3 BLTouch & ADXL345 Mount

This is a remix of the original Bondtech DDX v3 for Creality BL-Touch mount to also mount an ADXL345 Acceleromenter for klipper input shaping tuning.

I printed this with tree support touching build plate only.
