Extruder Knob E5p with rotation indicator

Medium sized Extruder knob with a rotation indicator.

Rotation Indicator: Fill the small hole with a droplet paint.
Mount the knob if needed with a M3 insert.
Usefull for any Extruder with a Dshaft of 5mm. Tested on Ender 5 pro.
