The lower hook for winding the cord on my Shark Rotator vacuum (Model UV560 31, according to the label) broke, leaving the cord a tangled mess. This is a rough replacement for the original part. It's not a perfect fit - the contours on the vacuum are pretty challenging to model accurately - but it fits and works. I also hope that it's a bit stronger than the original.

STEP file provided in case you need to make adjustments for your specific printer or vacuum.

Printer:

Geeetech A10

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Infill:

25

Filament:
Atomic PETG Gray

Notes:

I recommend printing the part on its side (see the images) to maximize strength. The diagonal orientation results in a decent compromise of strength in various directions and has worked well for me so far. Give the part a few extra perimeters - I used 5. Support from build plate only.

When post-processing, I recommend drilling out the screw holes slightly (with a ~3mm bit) to prevent cracking.

I think most materials would be fine - I chose PETG because that was the filament I had available in gray.
