New frame for the Mark II OPRBG by Rorlin, and other respective contributors to the design. Also added a cut out for an orange safety plug which may or may not be legally necessary for your location, or just for those people who plan on giving this to a child to run around with outside with other children. As a parent; it's better to be paranoid. We don't want any accidents.

Print the plug in ORANGE, or paint it after printing. Make sure the color is as close to the legal color, known as Blaze Orange, or Safety Orange as possible. The tip I designed is larger than regulated, again, because we don't want any accidents.
