Simple Nozzle Cleaner

I think we all know the frustration that can come from residue on the nozzle which can leave blobs on the print or even ruined it completely. well here is a very simple solution!

I have been using this nozzle cleaner for over a year and it works very well.

Use:

• when the printer is heating up there is usually a bit of extrusion going on, and before the printer starts leveling, simply swipe the V-shape of the nozzle cleaner over the tip of the nozzle, this will cause the filament to get stuck to the nozzle cleaner which you can then remove with your fingers.
• When the printer is done leveling and starts to extrude the first line in the outer left corner of the bed, simply drag the saw-side of the nozzle cleaner along the side of the nozzle (wherever there seems to be residue), this will cause the residue to get stuck to the nozzle cleaner or to the extrusion line, in any case it will no longer be in the nozzle.

Printing:

• i have printed my own in PETG and that work very well, this could be done in any material but the material will affect the lifespan of the model.
• you can either use the G-code I made or make your own.
