You can use this bottle holder to simply hang your bottles anywhere. Be it on a shelf, on a bar or simply on your table. Valuable space can be saved because you can now simply hang the bottles on the edge and do not have to put them on the table.

I made 2 versions. Once for bottles with a neck width of 25mm and 28mm. But thanks to the scaling function in the slicer (described below), the holder can be adapted to any size.

Optimization

3D printing lives from individuality and changing requirements. This holder can also be adapted to your requirements. Other logos, larger bottles or thicker tabletops can all be done by cleverly adjusting the slicer.

Customization

Everyone knows it, bottles are often mixed up or you can no longer find your own. How good that you can modify this holder as you like. Thanks to the Slicer Beta 2.4, the whole thing goes very easily through negative volumes. Examples of this are for example: drinks logos, initials or or graphics.

  • Simply create an STL file according to your wishes (maximum size should be 25x38mm)
A couple of examples from me are: PET bottle, star and the letter L (the position of these is adapted to the 25mm variant, it is best to just check the position again and, if necessary, position it correctly.)
  • Import of the STL as a negative volume
  • Positioning on the print bed
  • Slicing and printing
Size adjustment

Sometimes the bottles and tables are different. Constructing a holder for every table and every bottle is very time-consuming and, thanks to the slicer, not necessary. You can adjust the size directly in the slicer. If you want to adjust the holder, you should first place it with the front surface on the print bed and align it as shown in the pictures below.

Scaling factor X

Adaptation to other table thicknesses. You can stretch your holder by scaling the X axis. So the bottle holder fits even with thicker tabletops.

Scaling factor Y

Adaptation to other bottle neck diameters. If you have a different bottle diameter, this is no problem either. Here you can easily adjust the diameter of your bottle by scaling the Y axis.

Fixing improvement

Normally the holder holds very well on all tables. Of course, it can happen that the holder becomes detached from the table due to vibrations or movements. On the other hand, you may want a permanent fixture in a certain position. With these solutions you can work around the problems:

Print description

  1. Choosing the right diameter
  2. Place the front surface on the print bed
  3. Add stabilization modifier (Modifier Infill = 100%)
  4. Optionally scale size
  5. Optional customization by adding negative volume

In principle, you do not need any support for printing. Simply place the area with the cut-out rectangle on the base area.

Filament: PLA is sufficient for this print. If the requirements for stability are higher, you can of course also use other materials such as PETG or PC-CF.

Layer thickness / mode: 0.3mm Draft

Infill: 20% (stabilization modifier 100%)

I wish you a happy print and I am happy about your experiences!
