Squashball foot (bolt-on) with angled USB

This is a remix of a couple persons (Kami & Daniel) prints. I have several reasons that I'd like to share:

1. I prefer the squashball feet on the Prusa Mini printer as they decouple the noise from the desk\table a great deal and make it much quieter. 
2. I also prefer NOT having to reach around the back of the printer to insert\remove the USB drive. I have an RPi loaded with Octoprint but still prefer using a USB drive, so here's a little something to move that drive up front behind the LCD display.
3. I also feel that the LCD pivot is very weak and placing a USB drive on the outside edge of the panel is just asking for a broken LCD pivot.
4. I also put an access hole into the end of this part to aid in tightening the hex bolt into the metal rail.
5. I also took off some material to allow the LCD panel to tilt back even further for those persons that stand over the printer.
