Assembly Tray

I work in electrical assembly and as we need more of these I opted to print some. There are two variants for compartment counts to suit different needs on our production floor. Both are stackable and hangable.

177 x 80 x 20.25mm

Print settings shouldn't be too picky but here are my settings for a decent strength in hopes it holds up long term:

• Overture Nylon
• 0.25mm Layer height
• 0.4mm extrusion width
• 3 perimeters, 4 top layers, 3 bottom layers
• 20% grid infill
• Avoid crossing perimeters
• Seams manually drawn at corners.

Prints are coming out a bit stringy but strong. I am new to nylon but from my understanding this is the trade off. Other materials should be cleaner and without need for the last two settings. 

Note: You may run into issues stacking if you have too much elephant foot. Though I did add tolerance with this in mind, I have still run into issues with squishing first layer too much. 

Should also mention though I intended to bulk print these on my V2.4 they will fit on a Mini!
