If you get also broken top cover from LIVARNO LUX LED Garden Light (rattan version - 10x10x50), this might possibly help. It is intended to be inserted above existing cover.

I used 0.6 nozzle with transparent PETG.

For spike, I used black PETG - 0,15 mm layer height, 0,4mm nozzle, 100% infil. No support required, just remove those 4x skew ones and sand after.
