Prusa Mini LCD Case

The LCD case is made from 5 files:

Case: 

1. RepRaptor_Prusa_mini_LCDcase_Front

printed in PETG Prusament blue marine 15% infill 0.2mm

2. RepRaptor_Prusa_mini_LCDcase_Middle

printed in PETG REAL transparent blue 15% infill 0.2mm

3. RepRaptor_Prusa_mini_LCDcase_Back

printed in PETG Prusament blue marine 15% infill 0.2mm

Knob:

4. RepRaptor_Prusa_mini_knob_middle

printed in PLA Prusament azure blue 15% infill 0.2mm

5. RepRaptor_Prusa_mini_knob_Back

printed in PETG Prusament blue marine 15% infill 0.2mm

Assembly:

1. insert 3 DIN 943 (ISO 4032) M3 nuts in back of the ‘’LCDcase_Back''.
2. deattach the LCD ribbon cable at the back of the LCD and place the ‘’LCDcase back'' on the LCD screen.
3. reattach the LCD ribbon cable.
4. Now remove the standard knob.
5. The bottom bolt DIN912 (ISO 4762) M3x8( on the LCD screen needs to be placed in the LCDcase_Front and Middle, and fastened with a DIN 943 (ISO 4032) M3 nut.
6. place the front and middle part on the LCd and attach this with 3x DIN912 (ISO 4762) M3x20
7. Now slide the knob middle and bottom part on each other and place this in the correct position.
