The attached 3MF files contain a 3DBenchy with a new custom filament profile.
Print Settings: 0.15mm QUALITY (stock, no changes)
Filament Settings: NinjaFlex TPU 85A (custom profile based on Generic FLEX)
Printer Settings: Original Prusa MINI & MINI+ (stock, no changes)
Essentially I'm aiming to keep all the changes required in the “Filament Settings”.
The numerical prefix of each of the files is the test iteration, e.g. “1” is the first, “3” is the third.
Change log:
Version #1 - mostly stock copy of the “Generic FLEX” profile, experienced a partial/block or under-extrusion early in the print but recovered later and completed.
Version #2 - retraction set to 3mm @ 30mm/sec, part rotated 45°, completed ok, leading edge of the boat warped a little, probably lack of cooling.
Version #3 - retraction set to 3.5mm @ 30mm/sec, part rotated pointing backwards, part cooling fan set to automatic between 50-100% from later 2. Much better features from improved cooling.
My Printer setup:
Prusa MINI+
Nozzle X 0.4mm
Bondtech Extruder with IFS
Latest beta firmware, esteps are in firmware, not the 3MF / Gcode.
