Amiga 500 HDMI connector holder V2

NOTE: This model does not fit to the GOEX drive r.2023 or later.

After adding a RGBtoHDMI converter to my Amiga 500, I had the problem that I had to get the HDMI signal out of the case. There is also a GOEX SD disk drive simulator in my Amiga, which leaves the case opening of the former disk eject button open. I was surprised that the size of the opening perfectly matches the size of a HDMI connector.

This mounting frame holds a HDMI Type A board for FPC ribbon cables in place at the correct position below the GOEX drive. There is no need to cut or drill holes into your Amiga 500 case for a HDMI connection any more.

Please note that I cannot provide frames for other Amiga or cable models. Also note that the frame won't fit on Gotek drives, nor on GOEX drives with an USB connector.

The HDMI board can be found at all kind of electronic marketplaces.

Printing

Do not use supports! The part is designed to be printed without supports, and it will be difficult to remove them later.

This model holds a different kind of HDMI connector.
