3D Checkerboard

This is a 3D checkerboard that I designed to play either checkers or chess on. There are four boards in the one I made, but it's a modular system, so you can create as many boards as you wish.

Game setup: One player starts on the top, the other starts on the bottom, on opposite sides of the boards. The boards should be turned so that all the red/black squares line up.
Turns: On your turn you can move horizontally, like in normal checkers, or vertically. If you choose to move vertically, the moves are as follows: Move straight up/down one space -or- move up one space diagonally(Move up and then forwards one black square).
To jump a piece: You can jump a piece normally, straight vertically, or diagonally vertically. You can also double/triple jump pieces by using any combination of these jump moves.
To "King" a piece: Move a piece to the other side of ANY board to king it.
Once there are no pieces on the current highest or lowest board, it is "Closed" and out of play. If the top board closes, then the one underneath is becomes the highest board, and is capable of closing too.
