Make this from any kind of filamant as long as it is white and lets the light shine through..
You need to buy the pre-mounted LEDS in a ring from ebay or any Chinese supplier, program an Arduinop nano and get a clock module attached to the arduino.
Put the LED ring together from the 4 parts and connect it to the Arduino.
the Arduino goes in the little housing at the base of the clock, so you can set it downs as desk clock.
Power the Arduino with 5 Volts through the USB connector and you're done!
