I needed to build a new Berkey double bucket filter, and I decided to use all Gamma seal lids. However, the gap between the bottom of the top bucket and the Gamma seal lid caused leakage due to not getting a good, tight seal with the filter stem seals on the bucket.
These are the custom nuts you need that double as spacers between the top bucket bottom and bottom bucket Gamma lid. I already adjusted them for shrinkage for PETG (102.5% scaled) so you should be GTG with PETG.
I printed with 100% infill and 4 perimeters.
The “spacer” is just a spacer for if you use the Berkey spacer/fill plugs for otherwise unused filter mounting holes. It is not threaded because the Berkey plugs use some kind of weird thread I could not identify.
