M5Paper stand remixed from wall-mount version (angle back, add back support, remove holes) from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4767014

Code borrowed from wizche (worked perfectly first time).

Suitable for tabletop / desktop / bedside table. Port still allows for USB-C charging / programming.
