D-Bot Core XY Direct Extruder - Remix

I printed the original, but had some issues. What I changed:

• Made holes a little larger
• Cut the e3d holder to be a bit larger, as my e3d lite6 wouldn't fit
• Added a cable holder to the side, to hold my wires
