PHILIPS HUE MOTION SENSOR SWIVEL/BALL HEAD MOUNT

This is a swivel head mount for the Philips Hue Motion Sensor.
The ball head of the mount is a standard steel 20mm ball bearing. You can find them everywhere pretty cheaply e.g. on aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32923245920.html
Do not use stainless steel balls, they are not ferromagnetic enough to hold the motion sensor.

I affixed the steel ball with super glue to the mount.

You can either mount the holder with adhesive tape (e.g. 3M VHB) or you can use the two mounting holes for screws.

You can also find the whole assembly as a step file in the attachments if you want to modify it or if you need the 3d model of the hue sensor for a different project.
