After having finished the Prusa Lack enclosure from https://www.prusaprinters.org/cheap-simple-3d-printer-enclosure/ (things on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118) I printed the adjustable spool holder from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2867521 which is a really clever idea for the lack enclosure.
But the noise of the spools scratching on the non spinning wheels was a bit annoying. (see video - the original wheel isn't moving)
So I replaced the axles and the wheel by using a ball bearing (8x22x7) with a printed tread and a matching two-part axle.
It fits perfectly into the holder and is really silent.

The treads of the wheels are 9mm wide and have a small lip to center the ball bearing.
just slide in a bearing (usually no need to glue it - but depends on your dimensional accuracy), insert a square nut in the axle part, insert both axle parts in the bearing and screw it together.
maybe consider to sand the tread to make it smooth

Happy silent printing :-)

I used a M3x20 screw with a M3 square nut to assemble the axle.
