This is a Test for a 3D Printed Leadscrew
This is a square thread.
It is a flat screw you have to print it flat and diagonal on the surface
you need http://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads/ to compile the scad files
i used candle wax for better gliding
the setting is 800 steps per mm
I used this screw till christmas 2018.
As i started to experiment with 0.1 Nozzle size, i thought i need more resolution on the z axis. So i tried to make a new screw with 2mm/rev.
But the difference is from 0.02 per full step to 0.01 per full step. So i dont think its necessary.
Anyway i made the new screw with a zero backlash nut.
this screw has 1600 steps per mm
