This bottle pourer was originally designed for my beloved chili oil - but it can be used for any liquid. At least now I can regulate the amount of that hot stuff much better and hopefully wont spoil entire meals any more. The design fitted my bottles perfectly from the beginning. If someone wants to test it out he/she can customize the parameters easily in the provided .scad file. Just measure the inside diameter of your bottle with a caliper and adjust the variable "plugDia" in the openscad script accordingly. I added some small ridges to the plug that enters the bottle in order to provide a seal like I have seen on plastic corks. Please drop me a note when you print it and let me know how it turned out ....

Notes:
The tricky part for me was to get the support right - i might still add a bit less support in order to be able to remove it more easily.
I added the cura project file and a picture where you can see how i configured the support to the files section.
