This thing is built from the ground up around the Lego Technic Pin (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1956475) for the leg, arm and neck joints. The texture was developed from a folded paper example I found online.
I had the texture too deep for V1 so I reduced it by 0.5mm for V2. I also made the pin holes and shoulder recesses 0.05mm deeper to maybe get a better fit.

Printer Brand: Creality
Printer: Ender 3
Rafts: No
Supports: Doesn't Matter
Resolution: 0.2
Infill: 10-15
Filament: FilaCube PLA+ Black
Notes:
I didn't have a reference scale other than the proportions needed for the pin joints so it probably won't scale to other Minecraft characters.
I only needed supports for the limbs, but YMMV.
Printing the limbs w/ the hole facing down uses the fewest supports, but doesn't make for a clean pin socket. It will keep the roughest side of them facing in and less noticeable though.
Pin to socket clearance will depend on your printer. When I printed V1 the joints didn't quite seat properly and were a bit too loose. Hopefully V2 fits better.
