Fotek PS-05N Inductive Proximity Sensor for Lm8uu Carriage for Prusa Mendel

Fair warning: I found this thing quite sensitive to changes in bed temperature, I guess the Y carriage warps somewhat as it gets heated by the bed. I'm now using an alternate mounts that's a bit, but not a lot better.

A mount for the Fotek PS-05N inductive proximity sensor that can mount on the belt gear of Greg Frost's Lm8uu Carriage for Prusa Mendel.
Mounted as per the photo its offset is X20 Y40 from the centre of the hole for the hot end.
